Holiday Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 48 oz. (1.36 L) cans Pineapple Juice
  • 1 40 oz. (1.14 L) bottle Cranberry Juice
  • 2 750 mL bottles Soda Water
  • 1 liter Strawberry, Raspberry or Lime Sherbet
  • 1.5 oz. Vodka (per individual cocktail)
     
  • (Optional)
    1.5 oz. Vodka (per individual cocktail)

Directions

  1. In a punch bowl, mix juices.
  2. Pour in soda water.
  3. Top with scoops of sherbet.

    For an individual cocktail, add 1½ oz. of vodka

Makes about 16 1-cup (250 mL) servings.
